The site contains 187.73 acres or 8,177,519 square feet. Access to the site is via assumed entrances along the north side of the west bound service road of Interstate 20, a one-way, asphalt and concrete paved roadway with partial curb and gutter and the west side of FM-3325, a two-way, four lane, asphalt paved roadway in the vicinity of the subject. The bridge at the intersection of IH-20 and FM-3325 has recently been expanded from two-lane to four-lane with a cnter tirn lane. Overall, access is considered favorable.
